Deer Valley Communities Overview

Snow Park Area (Lower Deer Valley) offers the greatest diversity in way of residence types as well as price ranges. It’s close proximity to Park City’s Old Town makes for convenience to and from famous shopping, dining and night life.

Deer Crest Area offers some of Deer Valley’s finest residences with incomparible views of both the Jordanelle Reservoir, Snow Park Area, Old Town Park City and Upper Deer Valley. Homesites, custom homes, luxury townhomes and the new St. Regis® Residences all offer ski-in/ski-out access with private ski runs to select homesites.

Silver Lake Village Area (Upper Deer Valley) Stylized with a european flair, the village area offers some of Park City’s finest dining and shopping along side the ski lodge amenities. Residences include luxury condominiums, townhomes and custom luxury single family homes. Ski access varies throughout the area but is offered in many locations.

Empire Pass Area (Flagstaff Mountain) is the newest area of Deer Valley to be developed for real estate. Although there are completed residences with occupents, the area is still being heavily developed and has much to offer in new contruction.
