Overview Empire
Pass is a master-planned ski-in/ski-out community at Deer Valley
in Park City, Utah comprised of approximately 1,600-acres on
the slopes of Flagstaff Mountain and Empire Canyon. Empire Pass
will eventually include approximately 525 residences and club
facilities. The Master Developer for all of Empire Pass is Talisker,
which purchased United Park City Mine Company in the summer of
2003. Less than 10 percent of the 1,600-acres will be developed.
Location Located
at the base of Deer Valley's Flagstaff Mountain, The Village
at Empire Pass is a new neighborhood within Empire Pass that
is being primarily developed by East West partners. It's planned
to eventually include approximately 300 residences including
single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and club facilities.
Approximately 90 percent of the homes in The Village will be
ski-in/ski-out and serviced by Deer Valley's new Silver Strike
Express high-speed quad chair lift.
The
Developer The developer of The Village at Empire Pass,
East West Partners, is one of the premiere mountain resort
developers in the country. East West was the primary developer
and master planner of Beaver Creek Village and Bachelor Gulch
in Colorado. It currently has major projects underway in Lake
Tahoe, Denver, Bachelor Gulch and Deer Valley, Utah.
Products include
approximately 300 residences including single-family homes, townhomes,
condominiums, and club facilities. Approximately 90 percent of
the homes in The Village will be ski-in/ski-out and serviced
by Deer Valley's new Silver Strike Express high-speed quad chair
lift.
