Empire Pass will eventually include approximately 525 residences and club facilities. The Master Developer for all of Empire Pass is Talisker, which purchased United Park City Mine Company in the summer of 2003. Less than 10 percent of the 1,600-acres will be developed.

Location Located at the base of Deer Valley's Flagstaff Mountain, The Village at Empire Pass is a new neighborhood within Empire Pass that is being primarily developed by East West partners. It's planned to eventually include approximately 300 residences including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and club facilities. Approximately 90 percent of the homes in The Village will be ski-in/ski-out and serviced by Deer Valley's new Silver Strike Express high-speed quad chair lift.

The Developer The developer of The Village at Empire Pass, East West Partners, is one of the premiere mountain resort developers in the country.
